PostSubject: New Elos system mini owner; first timer!   Thu Sep 11, 2008 8:50 am

Hey folks; I bought one of the first 2 Mini's in the USA!! It has been up and running now for about 3 weeks and I am still fighting the Microbubble issues. I have been working with Jesse the US Elos rep on a few things. I even added a nylon 200micron filter sock to the overflow line today and I still have bubbles. I am wondering if I need to zip tie my pump connections etc to see if this fixes it? I dont have any leaks any where on any connection, no water anywhere but the tank and sump.
Thoughts on the microbubbles?

Here are some pictures of my setup so far.

sump pictures, everything look ok?

Amazing!!! cheers

I don't know where I'll find some space at home to have one system like this...
You convince me... I think that is time to put some salt on my tanks! What a Face

PostSubject: I can't believe   Tue Sep 23, 2008 11:34 pm

I just could not believe when i read FAAO saying that it's time to put some salt on his tanks, but i understand.

In the past i had very big systems, now this last week i recieved the first System Mini Marine and on Saturday i put everything together on our exposition here.

What happened was just amazing, because i liked so much all the concept and everything about it, that i'm already passionated.

My wife said: "but it's not so big as you are used to, it will not be enough." But the real magic of this Minireef is the simplicity, the minimalist design of it. So in what other way could i have such a powerfull ilumination with a so minimal device.

It can fit inside anyones house, even yours Filipe.

I hope you give me that pleasure lol!

Best Regards
